Education Committee

Mission Statement

The Northside Education Committee promotes, designs, supports, and implements educational programs that service the needs of schools and students in the Northside community. This includes monthly reports disseminating pertinent information concerning Northside education programs to educational liaisons, organizations, city school board members and Northside residents.

Current Goals:

• To coordinate community-based enrichment programs for Chase Students during 5th quarter
• To cooperate with LSDMC in order to help Chase School achieve One Plan goals
• To support Asset Building Committee in their efforts to build developmental assets
• To advocate for Chase School during Cincinnati Public School Board Meetings

If you are available to volunteer for Chase School's 5th Quarter (June 1-25, M-F) please contact committee chair.

The Education Committee received an “Extra Mile Award” in 2004 from Parents for Public Schools.

Tuesday, August 10th, 12:30 pm Tuesday, August 24th, 12:30 pm

The Education Committee meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month, 12:30 pm, Boswell Alley, 1686 Blue Rock Street.
