Updated plan for Colerain/I-74 Interchange.

A draft plan for the American Can Building and surrounding properties.  Buildings colored red/orange are planned new development.

The Citizens Guide to Community Action is now available.  In the Citizen’s Guide you will find information addressing some of the more common nuisance complaints that may occur in your neighborhood.  These include: removal of junk motor vehicles from both private and public property, littered lots and overgrown weeds, litter on public property, graffiti on public and private property, common property and building maintenance violations, and fire code violations.  This guide has some examples of these environmental conditions and the basic remedies for these conditions, to ensure that Cincinnati continues to be a great place to live, work, and play.

The 2006 Northside Land Use Plan (NLUP)has been submitted to the City of Cincinnati for review.  The NLUP provides the community and the City of Cincinnati with a clear picture of Northside’s vision for the future and the strategies and implementation measures that will be used to achieve this vision.  (NOTE: The NLUP file is a very large file.  If you do not have a high-speed connection, this document will take a long time to download.)  A copy of the NLUP is also available at the Northside Library.
